Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Dispute, I feel that my ban is completely injustified due to fact that the admin who took my sit was in a call with the person calling it. Long story short a guy was running into my car intentionally to annoy me and has been doing that quite often. (Look at evidence for the clips, no lag nor any sort of performance issues occured) He admitted in VC to the admin that he did it intentionally, he didn't specify why he did it but eitherway its baiting or even trying to commit VDM or such.
Why should you be unbanned? The whole argument in the staff sit was that i cannot kill people who run into my car, but it seemed intentionally done so I would kill him or otherwise baiting. The whole thing is proven by the fact that he was in a call with the member of staff (Localwelshman) who took the sit, which is why i also felt the bias towards the person who called the sit. Also his clip audio is muted, everyone elses audio you can hear.

Sit was also made after the second clip, cause in my eyes, the kill the first time was justified and i believe he, himself knew it aswell to not call the sit. I expect Localwelshman then told him that it was a case of RDM therefore he came back to do the same thing over and after getting calling a sit just to have Localwelshman take it, also it might be showing that maybe he broke NLR to bait me into shooting him.

For the situation, me being in a call made no difference. I was in a general hub with people whilst chilling on my staff char. From the clip, you can clearly hear us talking about other shit (before the incident). A ticket comes through on RDM, so I take it (and become deafened). Me knowing the guy who made the ticket made no effect to my end decision due to me knowing how to do my job as staff, and being as neutral as possible. From the first clip, which I was told by both parties that this was the first interaction between you both. He drives and crashes into the back of a car which is parked. You then proceed to gun him down without warning. This is RDM. You cannot kill someone for bumping into your car. In the second clip, which happens later on, he swerves, just narrowly missing the car. He gets out, and a confrontation happens (Audio is muted). When returning to his car, he is shot. Regardless of what was said, this is an unjustified reason to kill them. If you feel an issue was taking place, when the other party was potentially breaking rules. You should have made a ticket. Due to the length of your PO's, you was banned and not warned as it is clear you are not learning anything from past sits or experiences with staff. When the person supposedly admitted in VC that he "intentionally did it", I must have not been present due to (being deafened) trying to be as neutral as possible due to me knowing both parties very well. If you feel I have been unfair, or biased, or even corrupt. You are free to make a staff report.
After this, I will look into the situation more clearly. However, you was banned for a clear reason, RDM. And due to PO's, you need to be very careful. You are walking your way towards a permanent ban.

As one of my faction leaders just has told me (who was present in the call), you said quote on quote "Send me the clips, i'll take your ticket.". Im unsure what the person who got "RDM'd" said to you but i feel like your intention was to be biased. Also i am aware of that i cannot kill people when they are bumping into my car but this is a dispute, he broke NLR to get the exact same outcome as earlier which he got to make a staff ticket so you can take it.

I took the ticket, during the ticket I asked for the clips. My intention was never to be biased. I am just here to do my job to the best I can. During the sit I was muted for the whole time. Even if I was asking for clips, it is so I can understand the situation better. I cannot see the full story without a video. Regardless, I will go over the situation again. In future make a ticket if they break NLR and such. However you have just admitted that you knew the rules. Yet you have decided to break them anyways.

The first video does not seem like RDM and the second video due to it not having sound will not be taken into account. This just looks like the person he killed going round ramming Marteduzzo's car constantly to piss him off and baiting for the kill, this is terrible roleplay so the ban will not stand.
