Reason for ban: Breaking Character Rules RDM x2

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I feel that I was wrongfully banned
Why should you be unbanned? The breaking character rules whatever that means I don't even care about but RDM x2 makes no sense at all the PD was literally trying to arrest me attempting to tie me so yes I did kill them how is that rdm? I was defending myself in a rp scenario. SGT Karl Frudel tried to tie me up saying he was arresting me so I shot him and the other "rdm" I don't even know where that came from.

Hi! Sorry for the slightly delayed reply. You were on your Bob Frankenheimer character, who had been recently fired. I noticed you speaking in a very dejected and depressed manner to other officers, and so I checked if something had happened. After I saw you'd been fired, I chatted with you for a bit and after some wrangling managed to convince you to reluctantly hand over your uniform. I then informed you I would have to tie you to take your police equipment (radio, zipties, etc) and that you weren't being arrested. Once I began to tie you, you moved to stop the tying and then pulled out a shotgun and fired at me, and then several officers. You were NOT being arrested, and then you went postal and murdered a bunch of your former colleagues.
-1 You weren't even being arrested, we were just making sure you didn't keep your PD shit. Instead of complying, you decided to take the worst possible route.

You literally never told me I wasn't being arrested you just tried to tie me up that makes no sense I had every right to shoot you as you were attempting to tie me up. You never once informed me that I wasn't being arrested once again I had every right to shoot you I shouldn't have got banned for RDM when someone was attempting to tie me up as you just admitted to trying to tie me up.

I dont know he never notified me he literally just tried tying me up I feel that I shouldn't have been banned for RDM when he was trying to tie me up it was an rp scenario. I just dont understand how it was RDM.

Simply being tied up by police does not allow you to shoot them. If whatever you have on you would lead to a felony would be much more understandable in this situation. But regardless, it was RDM to shoot them.
