Reason for appeal dispute/apology): Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I am disputing this ban as I believe that it is invalid. Myself and a couple other cartel members witnessed the murder of our captain in little Italy, 2 men were involved in this murder. One of the men that murdered our captain also murdered a senior associate a little while after, this was witnessed by another associate who later informed me. In attempt to get payback for the two members I headed to the rooftops with a sniper rifle. I spotted the man that murdered the 2 faction members crossing the street outside of his café and killed him. The reason that Duggar believed this should be classed as RDM is because I killed the man 21 minutes after he had killed our captain and therefore according to the rules I would've forgotten his face and clothing however this same man had been witnessed killing a senior associate about 10 minutes before his murder so therefore wouldn't the timer have reset? Another reason this ban should be removed is due to the fact that I was only around 1 minute late, I killed the man around 21 minutes after he killed our captain and about 10 minutes after he killed the associate. The other man involved in the murder of my captain was killed by 2 different members of my faction about 22 minutes after the captain's murder. Those members were also reported for RDM/Metagame due to the fact that it had been 22 minutes, 2 minutes longer than the rule states, however after getting opinions from 3 staff members they determined that 2 minutes was such a short amount of time that it would be unfair to give out a punishment. In my case it had been even less that 22 minutes yet Duggar still decided to jump straight to a ban. I believe that if he had gotten the full story from both sides and paid a better attention to logs he would not have banned me.
Why should you be unbanned? Because the ban is false and i feel like the staff didn't get the full story

From what you have told me and what the other staff member has told me, you did break a rule; however, I believe that this was not so severe that it deserves a 12 hour ban. This ban will stay on your record due to it belonging to a rule break, but it will indefinitely be reduced.
