Johnny Harrison II PK Appeal - Guitar Guy - 09-15-2022

Name of Character: Johnny Harrison II

SteamID: STEAM_0:1:90879973

Date of PK: 11:50

Reason for PK: "Performed a hit on another faction's property, hiiting a bystander.. They retaliated for shooting on their property/hitting that bystander, and you were killed. As a result, you were both PK'd."

Why should you be unPK'd?: After doing many PKs, watching PK's happen, and reviewing the PK guidelines again I didn't see anything that would suggest I would be PK'ed in this situation. When faction leaders are required to send a message to an admin to approve the hit you say who the hit is on and who is carrying it out. I put one of my lower levels guys down to do the hit. I specifically asked Sharuji if they were both PK active for the hit (the hitman and victim of the hit), and he said yes "only if Lamy dies". Meaning if my associate carrying out the hit dies, they would both be PK'ed. Therefore, nothing about this statement or the PK guidelines set off any red flags. When the hit did happen I didn't expect my associate to do the hit in the fashion he did (bystanders being in close proximity to the target), but what's done is done. In conclusion it was to my understanding the PK guidelines explain the risks for the hitman in the case he dies during the PK, not for other faction members near him when the hit happens.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: Clip didnt go back far enough, but i drove around the associate doing the hit and the associate and myself were gunned down by a 3rd party after the victim was killed.

RE: Johnny Harrison II PK Appeal - Canadian-bacon - 09-15-2022

I checked the clip the admin submitted for the PKs.

The hit was a pull up drive by shooting. The victim was in a group when you and your hitman pulled up in the vehicle, hopped out, killed him and hopped back in. You were then both gunned down attempting to escape.

You actively participated in the PK as the getaway driver making you applicable to administrating it of course as well as the consequences. I believe this does satisfy the rule requirement that you are quoting. In the Admin's reply to you he likely didn't assume you would participate and would instead send your hitman in solo, otherwise they would have specified if asked a more specific question.

RE: Johnny Harrison II PK Appeal - Shittor - 09-15-2022

Hello! I was the person who killed you both. You and you’re  hitman were in the same car and jumped out of a car in a busy group at the Motel La Cabaña and decided to shoot at someone in said busy group with four heavily armed guards. Including me with a Colt Commando on my back, which you tried to flea with your hitman. And thought you wouldn’t be shot at? Next time if your planning on killing someone don’t do it in a public place, full of heavily armed guards.

I wish you well,
Shittor

RIP Johnny Harrison II, just a series of unfortunate choices- like Shittor said, try not to make hits in public places.. and if you do at least kill everyone that will retaliate against you finishing your hit
