Reason for PK: "Initiating a gun fight with cops"
Why should you be unPK'd?: The two officers in question are, Alex Deluca and Solomon B. Lancaster. They are colombo on their main characters, we killed some colombos during the day and they retaliated. I though it was fine until they switched to their cops char, came to the motel and started acting like retard and baiting us. I did pull a gun out which it was bugged and couldn't shoot. They then killed me which is fine but the fact that they did all of this just to fuck with us and bait because of all the recent actions between Zetas and Italians is shitty and they should not use pd char to bait and minge on us. A staff member saw the situation and responded to a ticket not a long time before where we killed them and said we Rdmed them (we did not and showed evidences). Not to long after they came back with pd char and minged.
Also wanna say that i did pull my gun out but never shot. As the pk guidelines say,
"Initiating a shootout or violent confrontation with Police can lead to a PK. Killing or attacking an Officer after initiating a violent confrontation leaves you PK active from officers for about 15 minutes. Generally we want people to not immediately go for the gun when dealing with Police, as a result if you escalate a situation to a shootout and lose you can be punished via PK as your character was killed."

I never shot, i pulled my shotgun out and told him to put his hands up (i knew he wasnt gonna do it but maybe since he was a probie), even when he pulled his gun out i did not shoot. The rules does not specify that "pulling a gun out" is a pk, it clearly say that we need to shoot or initiate a gun fight which i did not.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: The logs can show it.

From all the evidence I was given I didn't see anything that looked like baiting or some sort of bias, and this did go into my decision, I talked to duckium first who brought it up and he tried to explain, you said in DM's that you guys shot at there Colombo's chars before hand which I couldn't see in logs. The vid showed you clearly pulling a gun out of one of the cops because you didn't want to deal with them being there id assume because you didn't actually have a building permit for the stuff at the motel which they were asking for. you wanted to get out of a ticket or possible arrest so you tried to shoot them, you failed then died.

You risked your life pulling out a weapon on an officer, attempting to put them under FearRP but they couldn't have. Also, your gun was not glitched, you had no ammo loaded. Don't blame people 'baiting' you, in this scenario the officers were not baiting. You didn't even have a valid reason to shoot them to begin with.
