Reason for PK: Police Shootout
Why should you be unPK'd?:
Short story long, I had my car parked across the street from the gas station by the car garage, and a police officer had came speeding down and hit my car from the side, while I was doing nothing. I pressed 'I' on my keyboard to start the engine, and I drove off. The police officer turned on his siren and told me to get out of the vehicle, and I decided to drive away because well, he had no reason to arrest me or anything. I felt that this was baiting me into a conflict, but I didn't want to resort to gun violence instantly, knowing that my characters life was already at risk simply by him hitting my car. I had driven for around 2 minutes before the following clip, going through circles around the city, until I crashed into Townhouse #1, https://youtu.be/0wtFhR5yv8Uthebossgaming101#5926. | This is the video evidence that the cop had filmed, which was edited down to a span of one minute, showing none of the events leading to the chase., cutting all of the evidence needed in half. | The rules state that if the officer escalates the situation to violence, that the PK doesn't apply. I felt that the situation had been escalated already since he had pulled out a Winchester 1200 Defender, after instigating a chase from a 'traffic accident' that he had caused by hitting my parked car which I had deliberately turned off the engine prior to the chase.
I feel that this PK is unjust, and was either an act of PK baiting or simply just a mistake of judgement that the officer had made, but there simply was not enough evidence to support that he had FAIRLY PKed me.

+1 This has happened multiple times with other officers they almost never use a tazer to detain the individual it's almost always the cop killing everyone

Hello There Mavvy,
I was the Officer Pursuing you,
The reason i was Trying to Pull You over was because You were following me around the City i even drove Only Rights but u were Still following me,
I was trying to make an RTS on you and find out Who you are so i can do Research on Why u were following me, Even if not. You were Driving away and Initiated a Pursuit,
If u were stopped and handed me your ID and let me do my RP with the RTS there would nothing be happening,
Also to mention is that YOU got out of the car with a Gun drawn and i got out of my Squad car and responded to you having a gun and even taking Cover while You decided to make the First Shot and Escalate the Situation, Noone Forced you to shoot at an LEO and even Run away from one.
You got yourself in this Situation and now try to blame it on the Police Officers that do their Job right.
I have nothing more to Add than it is Your own fault why you were PKd in the first Place.

As an Officer of the Law what would You do if someone
- Decides to make a run and endanger the whole public by his driving skills crashing into mostly Everything he sees.
- Gets out of his car after a Crash and Decides to grab his Gun and aim and Shoot at an On Duty Law Enforcement Officer, he could have tried to run away and run into the Sewers or what else. But he Decided to Grab his Firearm and Shoot at a Cop.

Hello, I am the staff member that approved the pk and the video that the officer had provided to me was valid evidence for you to get pked. Also, if you look at the clip, https://youtu.be/0wtFhR5yv8Uthebossgaming101#5926, you did shoot first when you would have talked your way out of that situation.
