Why should you be unbanned? I don't think my ban was fair, I was banned for rdm because a minge punched me in front of Verax and i shot his head. I do understand that i could of let Verax freeze him but the same dumbass came back and minged for 2 hours straight, he nlred 3 times/ tried to rdm me 3 times and was acting like a overall retard. I do know that shooting him was bad since Verax was there but as long as i am concerned "RDM" does not apply when the tard punched me and tried to kill me, i shot him since he was rdming me not because he was a retard. I dont think that because verax was there it's rdm. The guy was trying to kill me i shoot him. I also wanna bring the fact that for 2 hours straight the server was full of minges and i was the only cop on trying to rp and getting fucked by those retards with only 1 staff that was trying to help who was Davis. Getting minged on for 2 hours is disgusting especially witht he same guy for 2h not getting punished. I know this ban will expires before this appeal get accepted or denied but i dont want a note or a ban to stay on my record for a reason like that which i dont believe is rdm. I was banned only once in the past and apparently i have notes that i was not even aware of one which is from like 8 months ago. I was never a minge or a guy that acted retard in game and i dont want a situation as fucked as that to fuck with me.

Hi Alex,
As you already mentioned previously, you were banned for RDMing players over the course of the night. You were well aware that players that minge are to be reported to staff, and eventually staff did come onto the server to ban them. You were also aware that you can make player reports on the forums for those that are minging. I explained the story to you several times last night that two wrongs do not make a right. A player breaking server rules on you does not give you the validity of breaking server rules on them. You were a former staff member and read those rules too.

Even if the players are not taking it into RP, cops that are being punched by civilians typically use non-lethal parameters such as a taser or batons to arrest those for punching cops. You treated the situation as if you had the authority to break the rules. On your notes you had previous RDM incidents, that is why the ban was light and given to you for 3 hours as a reminder that no matter what happens to you from a rule breaker, the staff can easily compensate you a weapon and ban those that break the rules. If you want to punish rule breakers, then re-join the staff team. Other than that, you have no authority to RDM players as you see fit for them causing hard to you.
Report it on the forums, or await for staff to come in game to handle it. This appeal should be denied.
