Rule(s) Violated:
Rule 2- harassment using my real life name in game multiple times, saying He was going to find where I live(see clip below) Clip 1 at 2:00
Rule 3, privacy. He changed his character description to show my real life name in game and told others to call me that (see clip below of second white shirt I shot to get the log of ID) See clip 2 at 1:55 to see him change his character description
Rule 13, threats. Saying he is going to find out where I live, saying he sent me an email for a video call See Clip 1 at 2:50
Rule 13 of server rules, LTAP. He switched characters to his lawyer character during this whole process. See clip 2 at 3:58
Rule 2 of server rules: FailRP, NITRP. After being arrested for saying he killed my wife and kids and he was coming for me next. He told me he was going to do nothing after being offered a plea deal. He said he was going to waste my times and that the only admin only was AFK so he didn't have to do anything. See Clip 1 at 1:25
Rule 2 of server rules: Metagame. During his arrest there was no one present for his arrest, while he was in the cells 2 white shirts show up and ask for him by name. He claims they were there when I arrested him, but they were not, clearly using OOC communication to tell them he was arrested. Also switching characters(he is the guy in green with sunglasses during the second clip) and coming back using information found from another character. See 2nd clip at 8:52

Additional Information (Players/staff directly involved, etc): I put in several admin tickets when this was happening, Duggar took the ticket and brought the person into admin sit but gave him a warning. I think this should be more than a warning, there are several broken rules and using my real life name in game and threatening to find out where I live and saying he is sending me emails should be punished more than a warning.
