Make it so that theres actually a reason to take drugs recreationally or tactically
COCAINE already gives you a pretty good speed boost, so don't change it.
WEED gives you a temporary 10 health boost (that does not stack with itself or heroin), gives you -20 hunger, and gives you a 25% melee damage debuff. (Fists, bats, etc. Guns are unaffected.) For Withdrawals, make it so that hunger drains at 150% the normal rate and you move 10% slower. Withdrawal should only do a quarter of the damage other drugs do.
LSD should give you a rainbow screen overlay, damage you for 5 points, and periodically spawn CLIENTSIDE props that fall from the sky. Withdrawals should only do half the damage that other drugs do.
METH should increase your stamina by 200% (You can run for twice as long), make you deal an extra 15% MELEE damage (Bats, fists, etc. guns are unaffected.), take away 40 stamina, and make your screen slightly yellow.
HEROIN should be a more potent version of weed. It should give you a 30 health boost (that does not stack.) and make you take 5% less damage. HOWEVER, after a 180 second period, you should take 40 damage. Withdrawals also damage you 200% more than other drugs.
DRUG TESTING KIT; Whenever its used on someone (in the same way as a first aid kit), it checks to see if they have used any drug-related scripts in the last 20 minutes. (1,200 seconds) Sold at the NYPD vendor.

+1 I think this could be really cool, values being used might need to be tweaked but at a minimum i think the LSD one should be added.

+1 love this idea. more people would buy drugs to consume them rather than to process them.
