Reason for PK: Drowning
Why should you be unPK'd?: I didnt know I could drown because on the server if you look, the Oxygen bar does not show until actually drowning and I was at literally an inch of HP when I Started drowning, I tried going up to give myself up but it didnt work.

you were getting chased by cops and to escape them you went to the bottom of the river to hide from them, I don't see how you don't have the common sense that staying under water for a long amount of time will kill you.

While I understand your confusion, it was ultimately your negligence in fleeing from police which led to your death. We cannot confirm what your intentions were in that moment, but ultimately, it was a misstep and poor exercise of judgement that led to your self-inflicted death.
