Organization Backstory: SPK originated in the UK where they committed small crimes. Eventually they made a name for themselves and a price began to accumulate on their heads because rival crime organisations began to take notice of the problems they were causing. SPK fled to the US to escape their bounty. SPK merged with the Richardson firm and their numbers began to rise. SPK mugged one too many people and once again rival crime organisations began to take notice. Even the law enforcement were getting involved this time and the group were labelled as a "Terrorist Organisation". By betraying local weapon traders, SPK began to build a solid armoury but at the same time they were building powerful enemies...
(A lot of people have been complaining that we aren't a faction and can therefore just recreate new characters without consequence so by making us a faction it would be a lot easier to kill us off. We already have conflicts with multiple factions and things would be a lot easier if we were a faction. It would make it easier to stop us and would make things easier for both staff and rival factions. This might make SPK members fear for their life knowing they can't just create a new character and carry on as normal.)
By giving us an actual faction it would stop us from just running around as citizens and constantly mugging, robbing and fighting cops/factions without consequence. It would give us a chance to progress and a large amount server already know who SPK are. At the minute there is no consequence to us getting PK'd because we are all citizens.

To be quite honest, I have heard a LOT of complaints from the whole server about the 'Russos'.
This faction doesn't really stand out to me.
