Reason for PK: Allegedly not showing regard for life during police chase
Why should you be unPK'd?: I was being chased by Lombardi, a police officer; I drove my car onto the docks and swam into the pier. After reaching a certain distance from him, I dived underwater. He chased me into the water, and soon began tasing me. When I was being tased, I was accelerated deeper into the water as the taser forces you downwards when you are tased, and being that fast caused me to lose stamina (The faster you go, with or without running or jumping, the more stamina you use). I tried surfacing after I did, or almost did, touch the ground of the underwater. Lombardi tased me again, and it caused me to go deeper, again. I can't remember whether or not he tased me a third time, but in the last time he has tased me, he caused me to lose all my stamina, and I was trying to swim upward, but I could not. I am not sure if this has to do with stamina or I was glitched, but I could not move upward as fast as I should have been able to, or maybe even not at all. I was panicking and telling him I could not move, several times, and started telling him that it's against the rules to drown me, or something along the lines of that.
In addition, tasing would not work underwater, or if it did, it would not work to the officer's advantage. He should not have been able to tase me in the first place, and having done so has caused me to glitch, very, very badly. So, in a more accurate RP situation, it would not work to tase somebody underwater, let alone would it be fair. Again, I show zero disregard for my char's life in this video.
If that is not clear, I was PHYSICALLY UNABLE TO SWIM UP.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: Touka has it.

It is quite clear you were able to move, because you were literally moving. Officer tased you for a second or two, which does not cause a stun. After that you continued to ignore the officer telling you to go up.
Your risked your life to run away from an officer's arrest and ended up killing yourself by drowning.

I DID begin rising, as can be seen as I go above lombardi for a moment, proving the effort was made. I don't know how deep the water is, but it was deep enough to mean that if I didn't have stamina, which I did not, thanks to lombardi tasing me; I strongly disbelieve I was able to get to the surface in time, but lombardi can be seen using his stamina to rise up significantly faster than me. When he does come back down, it can be seen that I AM making the effort to rise, and I am rising, which I couldn't tell I was doing because the surface was not yet visible. In addition, I was injured already, because of the car collisions during the initial chase, which took me down to about 60% of my HP.

I did not show disregard for my own life, and it is in the footage that I am rising. I was at the bottom of my stamina, and critically injured in the end, which I believe hinders my movement.
