Reason for PK: Don order for pk
Why should you be unPK'd?: I should be un pk'd because I have done nothing that should result In Gordon being pk'd. The only reason that the Don ordered the pk order against me was because I got arrested for 10 years for a non felony crime. And in the PK Guildlines in the Family Members Kills it states "■ The person in question, must have repeatedly done something to directly harm you, the family, or another member of the family. Unwarranted Harm in a financial (+7,500$) or repeated physical way, there has to be tangible damages" And I have done neither of those things. Not only that but it also states that Having continued issues or warnings about behaviour or disputes can cause escalation to a PK. And I was given no past warnings about behaviour and I havent had any disputes with anyone in the Faction. I also think that I was treated unfairly because of things I have done on my other characters. This is why I think my char should be unpk'd and its not valid.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

Hey guy who killed you here, the 10 years was not the only reason you were pked, you also failed to mention how you tried to give me your illegal weapon in front of the detective and he heard you speaking to me about offloading the contraband which is why you got tased, and you also must have forgot the warnings we gave you yesterday.

I wasnt intentionally trying to bring heat to the faction it was a accident and I didnt mean to do it I got unlucky when the officer saw me with it

It was out of my control and I dont think I should be pk'd for that I couldve killed the cop but I knew you were going to get mad at me for that so i didnt have a choice but to get arrested
