Reason for Appeal: I was brought to a sit by TheDroppedFry asking why I have picked up guns on a character made 5mins ago I said to him my friend gave me them he started saying I broke these rules
I can literally gather clips from any encounter with another player and show i haven't broke a rule.
[LOOC] TheDroppedFry | DV-N: You must remain in Character at all times; and may not break character to avoid an RP situation, this can be considered LTARP.
[LOOC] TheDroppedFry | DV-N: You may not create a new character with the name of an old character that was PK'ed. Nor are you allowed to roleplay as the son/brother/father/family member etc. of any of your past past characters. Your characters should have zero relation to each other.
These rules have no relation to me so he then said i was meta gaming which i was not. I have not broke a single rule and then Pendred came and said hes had multiple reports, but once again i've had no warnings or anything because there has been no proof of me breaking a rule just reports of being "mingey" which makes no sense as I have never broke a rule and have literally been RPing all day. Pendred literally banned me for people making reports and no evidence, how is that fair? You can't just go off peoples word, they are just mad because we raided them for guns.
