Remove blindfold function from handcuffs - Sal - 10-28-2022
Remove blindfold function from handcuffs, not really a good function for handcuffs better for the restraints. Cops are blindfolding their arrestees.

I know cops may abuse this feature but supervisors can deal with it BUT this is needed if there are witnesses against the suspect for safety

Ellis Russel how is it safer for your suspect to be blindfolded? That's just kidnapping and would make the person much less cognizant of their surroundings.
