Reason for PK: not having Dons permission release For Carter INC/PIRU
Why should you be unPK'd?: i got the old dons permission to leave, he didnt have a problem with me leaving but i came back because they resolved the problem then he wiped all whitelists and left the faction so i went and joined another family.

Hi nice to meet you. I was the staff member who oversaw the PK. I was told that Zane Compos did not obtain any prior permission to leave the faction. Seeing the picture that you've provided has left me confused at the moment. I have contacted the faction leader of Elm Street Piru to provide his side of the perspective.

Regardless you were present at the raid on the church and knew the risks. You as well as 6 other members of your org were seen shooting and entering the church.

These are possible scenarios which may validate you to be PK'ed retroactively. (Retroactive PK is when a request for pk is made after situation which no admin oversaw occurred)
■ Initiating a violent confrontation with Police Officers and being killed. (Conditions apply, read further down)
■ Breaking FearRP or showing disregard for your own life which results in death.
■ Being killed during a PK attempt.

How stupid are you Thrax? UA gave everyone Don's Whitelist when Montana ordered the whitelists to be wiped. Montana was not on LOA when that happened. He literally was the man in charge when that happened. UA literally told everyone that we had the choice to either come back when you took over or to go to another family, clean. Not only that, but Montana gave him Don's release when Waffle was being a pedophile and people left his ass. Chomo Inc 4 life huh?
The Admin in game told me he didn't know this and issued the PK for you. This was wrong and the appeal should stand.

Montana was definitely in charge and calling the shots up until the day Waffle's pedophilia came out and he sided with Waffle. Once that happened, he gave everyone Don's whitelist release and attempted to sell the family. Pendred stepped in, said it couldn't be done, family was renamed to Elm Street and given to Thrax. From there, UA gave everyone the choice to either go back to the family or leave, clean.
Thrax needs to learn this and let it go. He lost members because of the previous Don. It is what it is.
This was nothing but a baseless attempt to get back at me for overthrowing you in Larne. What a failed attempt that was. Now, it's leading to war where Thrax won't own a damn thing. Good luck.
