Reason for ban: switching characters to avoid death
Length of ban: 3 weeks and I got pk’ed
Reason for Appeal: so I switched characters after I got away I never shot at the police first they shoot at me first because they thought I was the one who shot at them.so what happened when they shoot me is I ran and got away they I switched characters so I could put my shipments of guns in my item bank. then i went to switch back and that character was banned and next thing i know I got banned for 3 weeks. so what am asking you is that I want to be unbanned and un pk’ed as I was escaped when I switched characters and I think this was a whole misunderstanding.

It's very simple. During the debates for Mayor, including Mr. Weber, several citizens attempted to interrupt the debates by attacking the PD. This caused a /event to go out warning players that the NYPD is on lockdown and not to approach as armed men had tried to breach the doors. There were also a few warnings in OOC reminding people that instigating shootouts with police and dying can result in a pk. If you open fire and down a police officer then you can be PK active for up to 15 minutes. You were one of them men running behind the wall of the parking lot firing at police and it definitely wasn't once, you circled back several times to attack the station as well as a few other individuals one of whom had Molotovs.
As a result you were PK active. At one point you had been shot by an ATF agent who charged and began chasing you as you ran away from the PD, he kept chasing and firing at you from down the street as you fled. You eventually stopped in the middle of the street just past the Diner when you stood still and switched characters.
1. You had not escaped and waited a safe amount of time
2. switching characters avoid your death and arrest as the ATF agent was catching up.
After reviewing your several previous bans and warns, some for LTAP/LTARP in the past, I decided that you need to understand that our server has rules and those rules need to be followed and issued a 3 week ban, consider reading the rules and returning to this thread understanding what you did wrong and then maybe the handling administrator may feel you deserve a ban reduction.

I have read over the rules thoroughly and now understand my ban but I did not shoot at any offices nore government officials

oh I did shot them i guess so do I get a lower ban?
