Reason for ban: Minging
Length of ban: 2 weeks
Reason for Appeal: So basically id like to get my ban removed our at least lower the time, because i think its kinda excessive. So the past friday i got banned for 2 weeks for minging which i admit i had a mingy behavior, but it wasn't like i started a riot our started rdming people randomly (at least i didn't), i literally was running around in another char with some friends doing prayers IC and saying stupid shit in VC. some of my friends did get banned for rdm and other things, but were banned for 1-2 days why do i have to get 2 weeks for praying? i repeat i had a mingy behavior but i didn't do anything excessive i didn't even had a gun. Also rem said one of the reasons for the ban was because of my warn history which i think is a bit unfair since some of them are quite old.
Over all i did kinda fucked up and did stupid shit i knew was mingy and i apologize for it.

Nah you see pendred thats just not how a server works, cant force people not to put a comment on a public appeal aka what this thread is meant for. The community outlook and response and for staff to assess and evaluate. Now learn how to run a server my guy and fix ya shit here's what I wrote again
Honestly, I see this man as if you wanna say "reformed" but taking action for what he did and acknowledging it. I find it crazy however though that Rem somehow finds the time to ban them but when there's rdmers and minges running wild and messing with rp he can stay his rp char. Maybe ban shit staff rather than people who might go off the wagon once and a while but still can deliver rp. In all I see this as a mere prejudice of an unfair stereotype Toni has developed with previous actions, however, I can easily say the mans been a vital key into providing valuable rp to the server.

The purpose of an appeal is for Upper Administration and Management to investigate why a ban was issued, and if it was valid or not. It's not up for player opinion or discussion unless you were directly involved with the situation. I will leave this post for others to read, DO NOT reply unless you were involved.

You have a lengthy history of previous bans and warnings, 3 bans and 7 warnings to be specific, the server has only been out a month. Whilst the reasoning for the ban is valid, as supported by my own eyes and your record, I do think that the length was a little harsh. I will reduce the ban to 2 days from now.
You need to reconsider your approach to our server, if your behaviour persists we may consider removing you from leading a faction and finding someone more appropriate who can abide by our rules.
