What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *My overall reason/motivation for applying is I enjoy this sever a lot and I have spent countless hours playing on this server . Also I really want to join and help you guys. I have noticed that some times late at night many admins are not on to help deal with the troublemakers. I think being a admin/staff is a big responsibility and I will not miss use it. And overall I am just a guy who loves playing this server and I think I would make a great staff member. I was a staff member about a month or so ago but I was kicked off the staff team due to a small incident that happened it was never my intention to do such thing I just messed up and ill accept what I did was wrong now I know what to do and what not to do I apologize this will not happen again. I tried my best to do as I should but I made a stupid mistake that will never happen again. I really enjoyed being a staff member I tried to take at least 15 tickets a day and racked up almost 300 total tickets in just a few short weeks and made a lot of new friends with the staff members and players along the way. I am making this re-application again because I care about this server and I really liked helping out I am not asking for much I am just asking for a second chance I am extremely sorry for what happened and I would like a fresh start thanks. And I was told by Touka to re apply if I wanted to join back so here we are please give it some thought guys and give me a second chance thanks for everything once again here i am re applying i have gave it a long time and i would like to retry hopefully you guys will give me a second chance I will not let you guys down I care about this server very much and I am dead serious about being professional about this as I can be I enjoyed being apart of this wonderful staff team so much you guys have no idea I g hope you guys really consider letting me get a second chance apart from that I have not much more to say thanks
Why should you be considered over other can[b]didates?: [/b]*I think I should be considered over the other candidates because, First and foremost I am very active and I am able to get on relatively all the time especially at night time when most admins are not. I have been playing video games my whole life so I have grown to be quite good at them. another reason is that I have quite a few people that overall respect and enjoy me as a person. I can be funny and light going and also I can be serious and focused at the snap of a finger. another reason is because I have a cop char so it would be a lot easier for me to promote/hire people due to the fact that I could just simplify switch characters to my staff char. And i have experience being a staff member considering i only have been gone from it a couple days. i would have added more but this is all i could come up with hopefully i get a second chance. i will also deal with tickets fairly and not be bias in anyway but yeah i will do my absolute best to help this server. hopefully i can get back on the staff team to help this server out trust me you wont regret picking me again. I have learned so much more about staffing and overall just rping in generally i have a very good interptaion on how to deal with people breaking rules and also i am very good at explaining things to people. But overall i hope you guys understand how much this means to me and hopefully you will decided to give me a second chance i apologize for what i did to get kicked off it was completely my fault and i deserved it but i have grown as a person and feel as though i have learned so much more about this server and its rules. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *I would say that I am a well respected person to this wonderful community. I have made many friends on my time in this server. relatively all the cops love me as a person and think that i do a great job at being a supervisor.
Not only am I at good standing with the players of this server I am just as chill with the staff team. Overall i have respect for others and they have respect for me. also i am a funny guy who loves to have a good time and rp. i often go around to white shirts and ask if they need help starting the server and i kind of show them around and how things work i also usially give them money or clothes sometimes both so all in all i say i am a pretty likable guy that is well respected on this server

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:I would first clip with my clipping software know as medal. Then I would do @admin in chat and notify the Staff Team what has just happened. Then I would show them the clip of me getting rdmed and i would respectfully ask that they deal with this problem fairly and Diligently
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:I would notify a higherup that I know I could trust and would tell him what has been happening. I would by this point already have clipped the inappropriate actions that he has committed .Then I will try my best to get him dealt with accordingly. And i would do this as fast as i could to get it delt with before any more harm has been done
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: Well I would treat them no differently I would punish him just like any other player. Just because he is my friend does not mean that the rules don't apply to him and I will not let him persuade me into not punishing him. I stand by this it is completely not ok to just let someone you know get away with something totally not ok and i will not do so
Overall i would just like a second chance it would mean alot to me i loved being a staff member and helping you guys out by making the server a better experience

I think he should be staff again because he was an amazing staff he took time out of playing with me and friends to be staff and if that don't say a lot then you must be retarted. Besides that though he was a great staff/admin and he should get it back, and he is just an awesome guy in general he gets along with almost everyone he meets in the server and everything so I feel like there needs to be an admin that is chill with everyone they meet. But besides the fact he deserves it he worked his ass off non-stop working on tickets while trying to also be the best staff/admin that he could be.
P.S. He wants to be apart of the staff/admin due to just lack of tickets and so forth and he just wants his job back at being admin/staff.\

+1 When I first started the server he helped me learn the basis, he got me clothes and gave me a few bucks to get me on my feet. He was a great staff member, he was always taking my ticket and others tickets real quick, he deserves to be back on the Staff team.
