Sonny LoSpecchio Ban Appeal - SonnyLoSpecchio - 01-18-2021 Your Name: Sonny LoSpecchio Your SteamID (Click to retrieve): STEAM_0:0:73003158 Reason for ban: Mass RDM and LTAP Length of ban: 30 days Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): The other day I was banned for Mass RDM and LTAP and it was a complete false ban. Long story short we had a scuffle with a mafia family and they were openly talking about killing us and placing hits on us so when we bumped into them a gunfight broke out which resulted in me killing one person and my friend killing one person considering it was a 2 v 2. Shortly after the gunfight I was shot by a citizen for no reason and I left the server which was a heat of the moment thing but still unacceptable and I knew it so I joined back and was ready to take my punishment but while I was loading into the server, I was banned by Mickey for 28 days for Mass RDM and LTAP. I killed one person and was never involved in an admin sit so maybe he meant clog. My friend went onto the server the next day and talked to an admin that went through the logs of the previous day using my steam ID and confirmed that I only damaged one person in the last 10 minutes of playing and then left and rejoined Why should you be unbanned? We are unable to discuss this with the former staff member so I'm going off the LTAP alone. The ban will be reduced to 15 days.
