Reason for pk: Initiating a shootout with a police officer
Why you should be unpk’d: I never shot any police officers directly causing a shootout, what happened was my friends and I were confronting a man for threatening to kill us, we were speaking to him but he kept running off then he runs around the corner to the back door of the clothing store and pulls out a gun, so we start shooting him then police show up and just start gunning us down. We were never shooting police or attacking police first the probationary officer started shooting at us first so in my opinion this pk is invalid
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: I have no evidence sadly

It is clear from the evidence provided from the officer that you did not initiate a gunfight with the police, your backs were turned along with the cops firing on yourselves first you simply just reacted. The officers made no attempt to arrest or stop you they simply just took the easy option of shooting first asking questions later, they initiated on you.
