BAN APPEAL FOR ANDREW CONTE - Jimmy Maniscalco - 12-24-2022

My reasoning for appealing the LTAP ban is that I had to go to my grandmothers house for Christmas Eve (which I notified the officer about) and he said okay so I left the game to my surprise apparently he expected me to leave my pc on from 10 o’clock (When it took place) in the morning until the next day I thought that was silly to even think so I left the game I come to find out from the other officer that was trying to arrest me that Patrick smith (The one who banned me) made a ticket and got me banned for two weeks I think this is unfair and unjust Im not gonna leave my PC on for 2 nights just so he can arrest me for reckless driving I just got off for christmas break and now im not gonna be able to play until i have to go back to school. This completely fucked up a quater of what I was gonna do
Additional Information: contact the arresting officer stephen agnelli and patrick smith im pretty sure they'll come to there sences on this and rethink there action to get me banned.

This is Patrick Smith the arresting officer for this situation. You attempted to run over me so we had to chase you and pit you for arrest. You told us you had to go and we did not say you were free to leave the situation as I quote me saying "You shouldn't fuck around and not find out". After the arrest, we found a brick of Weed on you and once we got you in the car and told you, you were being arrested for a felony you just said bye in LOOC and left. You were happy enough to engage with me over discord over the course of 20mins after your ban instead of roleplay your arrest.
So after "rethinking my action to get you banned" I think I was fair and justified on doing so and request staff to uphold his ban due to his POs.

Hello, I was the banning moderator, and also the one who requested the permaban. Your steamid is STEAM_0:1:551360735 and I originally banned you for 2 weeks, and after reviewing your previous offenses I noticed you have never made an effort to follow the rules or roleplay correctly I requested that you be permabanned, and Hue approved the request.
First, let's go over the original 2 week ban for LTAP. Here are the logs during the arrest, which show you never indicated you had an urgent reason to leave, then you subsequently disconnecting after being arrested: https://i.imgur.com/yt224A3.png
You have 4 bans in the past 3 months for leaving during arrests, which makes me think maybe you didn't have a legitimate reason to leave, but you are just a repeat offender, which is why I gave you a 2 week ban.
As for why I requested the permaban, you have 10 bans within the last 3 months which are all related to Minge, LTARP, and NITRP. You have made a habit of breaking the rules, and obviously haven't learned to follow them when
