Reason for blacklist (if given): me and my friend jamal blackson were playing with our new pet flags seeing what we could do and i spawned a statue not thinking of the consequences
Why should they be returned?:
because me and jamal blackson were testing the stuff that it let us do and we really just were wanting to see what they do if we get them back we will gladly not do it again

It is not as simple as "spawning a statue". There are more factors to this you did not mention.
