Reason for ban: Violation of global rule 3 + 5 previous bans +10 previous punishments

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Bit of both, one on hand i understand how what i did could be seen as doxxing, as it was personal information, although this information was displayed within his discord bio and easily obtained. aerodynamics corp actively advertised his real name, and so me using it as my discord nick for a joke i don't see as doxxing. Although i do see that it was a dumb tihng to do and therefore i apologise for my actions. It's been a while and i'd love to see the new state of the server.
Why should you be unbanned? I was a prevelant and important pillar within a lot of the OG crime families. (Colombo,Flanagan,Sanzensakei,Harrison,Grants and Hells angels) and i'd love to return to the community to rp again. Despite my extensive list of punishments most of those were obtained via miscommunication/grey areas within the rules. Within Flanagans and sanzen i have held the equivalent of underboss in both. I was an executive for the legal side of the grants, I was a road captain in sidewinders and Hells Angels and a made man in the Colombos for my efforts in the gray war. I also held positions in the police and comission before but i mostly focused on the criminal RP
