Reason for PK: Shot after demanding a man to put his hands up
Earlier today i was PK'ed in an, in my opinion, shitty situation. I attempted to mug a person, and to my knowledge, they are not allowed to pull a gun on you. So after taking out my weapon, pointing it, and telling the man to put his hands up, he stares at me like a blank piece of paper for an almost three whole seconds. I gave him a couple rounds to the chest and repeated myself. After this, he pulled out a gun and killed me. Later talks with admins would inform me that he was in the right, because apparently me putting multiple rounds in his chest gives him the right to shoot back. I think that if they cannot pull a gun if you have a gun to them, they shouldn't be able to pull a gun after ive put multiple holes in their chest and (realistically) they would be in shock and immense pain and hunched over, not in such condition to retaliate.

Mugs can be kinda tricky. If he pointed a Gun at you while you already had your gun out he would have broken fear rp.
On the other hand when you mug someone it does specifically state in the rules that any mugging attempts or dying during a mug can specify a pk at the admins discretion. While I do see what went wrong you should have known about the rules when making an attempt to mug someone. Sadly these things do happen.. please make sure you have read the rules and regulations. So does the fact that he broke Fear RP not mitigate the fact that he killed me and is the reason I'm PK'ed? IF he wouldn't have broke Fear RP I would be alive right now.

Hello, victims of mugging can pull out their weapons to defend themselves at any given time during the interaction. By doing so they subject themselves to be PKed if they die while doing so. If you physically injure the victims however, this completely nullifies their chance of getting PKed, granting victims the capacity to PK the perpetrator instead. Nonetheless, muggers will be subjected to be PKed if they die, regardless on how they die during the mugging process. Long story short, don't shoot victims, or they'll shoot back.
