- What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Iwant to give back to the Diverge community, so far on the server Ihave experienced nothing but hospitality. Ialso want to improve on connections and be able to bring more of the community together to increase server traffic. My motivation is to be able to assist and serve members and new users on the server.
- Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I should be considered over other candidates because I can communicate efficiently, good problem solving and friendly. Iwill also be active on the server pretty much everyday ensuring the rules are enforced and the server is running smoothly community wise.
- Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):
- Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Ihave had admin and mod on other servers but that was many years ago.
- Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I wouldn't say well known, maybe recognized but definitely not well known.

- Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Depending on the RP Iam currently in and depending how many staff are online, either Iwould leave the RP situation I was in to help assist and de-escalate the problem, or call in another staff who may be able to assist better.
- You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Record and make sure I have evidence before confronting the staff member, and reporting it to higher ups.
- A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: Regardless of the friendship I have/had with that person they know I have a duty to perform and would ban them accordingly.

Your replies on almost every answer are minimal. Multiple grammatical errors which you should've taken time to fix up. The playtime is low but that can obviously be improved. Please re assess your application and edit it. Read every question as well, I notice that certain questions have incorrect answers too.

136 Hours on Gmod, 25 hours on the server, minimal effort. The actual application is presented well though. I'd suggest playing a bit more and give some effort, if you ever want to re-apply.
