Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.
What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I spend a lot of time on this server. I dedicate time and effort when it comes to roleplay and diverge as a whole. Because of the new server I have seen a dip in staff activity when it is needed most. I want to help the community and players by being there when it is needed. My activity and overall knowledge of Mafia RP will be used to give the players the best experience possible whilst playing on Diverge Mafia RP. I feel there is no point sitting back watching this happen when I could be applying for staff and benefiting the server. During my time on Diverge, I have always wanted to see the server succeed. I have always wanted it to be the best it can be. Recently, I have felt that I want to help this server become bigger and better within the GMOD community thus meaning I have applied for staff. I really do believe this Game Mode and server in general can start competing with other competition such as Star Wars RP, so this gives me the drive to become the best staff possible.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: My overall time and experience on this server will be higher than my candidates. My overall knowledge of the server and the ability to understand both aspects of RP will benefit everyone in the community. This is why I feel I should be considered over my candidates however, if another staff application is chosen over me I do not have an issue with it because the server needs as much capable staff as possible.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): As I have stated before, previous Mafia RP server like MC, UGS and Vulkan. This was mainly for experience and to help these other communities lift off the ground. However, I feel the only true place on Mafia RP that I belong to is Diverge.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have been banned I believe twice over my long time playing. Recent ones have occurred that have been appealed and accepted. This was mainly due to miscommunication and wrong opinion. These have been resolved and fixed.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say I am decently known within the community, mainly due to me being a sheep shagger. But in all seriousness, it is mainly due to my time on the server and how long I have been around.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Inform another staff member about the current situation and get them to deal with it. If I am the only staff member present then I will handle the situation myself.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would clip or screenshot the abuse the staff is doing. I would gather an amount of evidence then inform a higher staff member or UA about it.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would treat them like any other member of the community. If they are minging or RDM'ing then I would deal with it appropriately. Friendship does not matter in this situation, if you do nothing about it, it could be classed as corruption. When any member joins the server for the first time, they should read the rules so they can acknowledge them and act appropriately to not break them. If it is the case where I am asked about it and questioned on how I handle the situation, I could inform another staff member to take the sit so no bias behaviour occurs.
I am also best staff ever and never rage quit. This also took me 3 weeks to write
