Your Discord ID#: Lordskips#0912

Date of PK: February 1st

Reason for PK: initiating a shootout with police

Why should you be unPK'd?: the rp situation was broken by someone screaming I was pked in the guidelines it says that the pk may be denied for this so I'm not really sure why the pking admin would accept this or he didn't hear the guy I had talked to masco and he reccomended i made an appeal after seeing the clip so i took his advice aswell

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/TQit8p99kV60T/d1337v2buR2x?invite=cr-MSx6M3QsMjI4NzQzMDMs

RE: PK appeal - CharlesSKS - 02-05-2023

I was the admin that administered the PK and the obvious reason is that an officer was tasing you and you proceeded to open fire on him and even in your clip the idea was to kill this cop. The rule you're referring to is one I'll list here

"Using OOC terms over Mic, (Such as yelling "thats a pk, thats a pk!" After killing someone) may void the PK entirely. Remain in character at all times."

The issue is the person that said this was not the one who killed you, as in the clip I was given by the officer, he was already at the street corner by the end of World Corp running from the other armed gunman who survived, restricting the possibility of hearing whoever said "PK". However, the officer in question was not the one who broke the rules, doing exactly what he was supposed to do, attempting to detain/arrest the suspect and firing back when he was open-fired upon, and not using OOC terms while doing so. This will be left up to UA in this decision, but for now, it was not the Officer that killed you that said the OOC terms after you had died.
