Why should they be returned?: I made an appeal a while back, and asked Rem if I can appeal it early because I was getting really desperate. I really apologize and I will give you my word I will never do it again. You already know the whole situation of me prop blocking the cop from arresting me as well, and for that I sincerely apologize. All I can say is this will never happen again. It is hurting my business due to my dumb actions late at night, and that I do regret. I will send a picture
