Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I wish to apply for staff because I believe that we need more people to cover the 24/7 need for staff members on the server. I also think that the server could always use another helping hand to assistant the community members in any endeavor or need they may have. Furthermore I believe the server does not have staff that can be around whenever needed because of course everyone has a life outside of garrys mod (and some people like me no life it but oops). However, I can get on pretty much whenever I am asked or needed minus the times I am either at work, in class, or otherwise occupied.

Why should you be considered over other candidates?: You should choose me over other candidates because I have thousands of hours staffing both nutscript and PoliceRP based servers. I have the experience and knowledge of the community and nutscript to functionally staff the server successfully and without fault. I am unbiased to factions I am in simply because 1. Bias is wrong and 2. I simply don’t care enough about a faction to sway a staff decision in their favor. I firmly believe staff comes first then the factions I roleplay in come secondary to that. Finally, I believe the community knows me well enough to be able to get along with me and respect my judgement in a decision as a staff member.

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I believe once for LTAP but it was expunged due to the circumstances of mishandling by a staff member.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I consider myself pretty well known in the mafiarp community as a whole as I have been around since Old MP and have a reputation for being a serious roleplayer. I have no reputation of being a known minge or someone who abused flags. The caveat to that is many people do not know me because they’re either new to mafiarp or I was never in their faction. I like to think the staff are fond of me because I have known several of them for quite a long time and consider many of them friends. For many current staff members, I can recall some funny moments we have had together or something of notoriety.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If a ticket was made and I was requested to get onto my staff character or no other staff was on, I would switch to my staff character to take the ticket unless I was in the middle of an rp scenario.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Report then to our staff manager with a recording for evidence and don’t say anything to them to further escalate the conflict.

A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would punish them accordingly to the rules they broke and maybe apologize as a friend and say “Sorry even if we are friends rules are rules and you have to follow them”

An issue involving my faction at the time, I was asked to leave staff and I handed my faction over to someone and quickly left it. I was told by Verax (the one who removed me) that he wasn’t opposed to me coming back. It was on good terms and I had agreed.

Hi Waddles,

While I commend you on trying to apply for staff again, unfortunately you did not state the details in your application that you were removed from staff. In your response to Canadian you stated: "I was asked to leave staff" and then stated "I was told by Verax (the one who removed me)"

These two statements are incongruent. You may have forgotten the details but what you did as the Co-Faction Leader of Malina Bratva under Macho_Man (who was also a staff member) was egregious. A member of your faction had died and because he owed money, you tried to get him to give you that money on his alt character, which is abusing your position as faction leader, and as staff because you held authority over him as he is the player.

Also, you did not "hand over" your faction to anyone, as I blacklisted you from being in faction leadership. Diverge Management had to approve the next faction leader due to you and Macho_Man being removed for the metagame money incident. We removed your ability to choose anyone and stated the next person had to be vetted by staff.

I stress these details not to +1 or -1 your application, but only to give context to those judging your application to know the full story of what you did wrong before they accept you. I've attached a (CLICK HERE) screenshot to show our conversation for the ban, in which we talked for 14 minutes, and the only thing you "voluntarily" turned over was your SteamID for me to ban you. (And the SteamID I posted was Macho_Man for later)

You were a staff member on Diverge, which constitutes previous experience.

Lastly, you stated "yes" on this portion of the Diverge application states: Do you acknowledge that lying on this application will result in immediate denial and blacklisting from staff?: Yes

There is no excuse for not reading this question and answering yes when you have lied on the application four times:

1) For not stating on the application the full history of your time as staff here, including any mention of your demotion and ban.
2) You were banned for five days for abusing your position as staff and faction leader, and as you stated it was an "LTAP that was expunged".
3) You did have previous experience as staff on Diverge Networks.
4) You acknowledged under false pretenses that you were understood that the application would be denied and you would be blacklisted from staff after I had already done that to you.

I will state for the record that I did say you could come back in the future and that second chances are possible, but it is disappointing that you failed to mention any of your previous behavior in this application and played it off with incongruent statements and not being honest about why you were removed in the first place. 

Finally, if any staff members are reading this post, do not simply "recommend" people for staff without checking their background. Your ability to recommend, especially if you are in a higher administrative position, reflects on your ability to make good and rational decisions. It is especially true for the people you vouch for as staff. On the other hand, if an applicant put your name falsely on the application to be recommend, I strongly encourage you to disavow it.

I wouldn’t consider not stating that I had experience on diverge as lying... it was just not included..

-1 He as a player and staff member has shown multiples times that he is immature and will do anything for his gains no matter if it is against the rules or not. He also stated he is well known as a "serious" roleplayer while EVERY faction he was in italians, bratva, cartel disliked him as a member Icly and Oocly for him being power hungry, crying when he was not having it his way and again being immature and impatient. I don’t think a guy who have fun insulting everyone who swear or throw a punch at him can be a staff since a good staff member need patience and to be able to deal with players calmly without leaving emotions act.

If we also considere all Verax’s points we have a good idea of who he really is and what lies he can say to again, gain for himself.

Can you give an updated application? It becomes difficult to reason with your past when you didn't give the least of effort to make a fresh app. Copy and pasting from your previous app isn't necessarily against anything, but to do it 3 times and being previously removed does not help.
