Reason for PK: There was a photo of me in the police department in the conference room and they thought I was snitching.
Why should you be unPK'd?: 1) I was not snitching. 2) it was just a photo and nothing else, no videos, voice notes, no details. 3) I was purely there to assist my two friends OOC in a staff sit because I was curious about how witness protection program works in the game with F3's and if you made a new char is it considered Money/Item Transferring. 4) I couldn't have been there IC because my Counter Co-part Police Officer Mark Diaz was involved so my other Asian char couldn't be. 5) The person who asked for the PK now Understands the Full story and would also like to appeal this PK and is willing to write in the comments below

The Full Story: Detective Nikolay Approached Officer Mark Diaz to Raid The Imperial 2F and Arrest Lucian Sanchez. They arrest him and search room 2F, killing 2 and finding a lot of narcotics contraband. Nicolay and Mark interrogated Sanchez and Got him to snitch.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: There are 2 Others That will tell you the same story who was Present in the room !

Hello, I was the pking admin, I’ve asked the staff member involved with your sit for when the picture was taken to also respond, but if it was for something on your old PK Cop char then I agree that the pk is indeed invalid but it’s not 100% up to me.

I was the detective in the room with Akuma.
There were no other persons, officers or anyone around us or around the conference room except staff. This is clearly a misunderstanding or possibly a leak by staff which would be outrageous. No information was given during the conversation that would make Akuma a snitch or an informant, it's simply impossible.
The scope of the meeting in the conference room was to talk about technicalities and how some procedures work and if they are allowed with the help of staff or not. We have also called staff multiple times to converse and ask questions so there was a fair amount of staff around us at one point.
For UA: Please consider investigating the staff members involved in this as this stinks, it's impossible that pictures were made or CCTVs were pulled because noone knew we were in that room.

Yo, I'm the one that requested the PK. I made a call off of what I had, but if its true that this was just an OOC conversation then I hope this PK can be appealed.

The handling of this is obviously unclear, the person who approved the PK and the person who requested are not hard lined or sure this is correct.
In the future to all involved be 100% certain of wrong doing, be 100% certain the person should / is pkable do not request or approve on a whim.
Your character will be returned to you and removed from any faction you were apart of. Any roleplay interaction related to or which led up to this PK is now considered void.
