What is your motivation/reason for applying?:
My Motivation for applying to staff is because of my personal experience of waiting for my ticket to be taken for simple requests. The response time can be so long for something simple that a mod can do especially during late nights on weekdays. I will dedicate myself to being a staff member who is on during times when there are few to be found or active. I wish to help everyone in need who makes or creates a ticket whether it is to report a player or a simple locker combo. I stay up very late most of the time seeing 1 active staff member pulling all the weight, I wish to not only help in-game people but alleviate staff as well that dedicate their energy responding back and forth. *
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I should be considered over other candidates because I seem to be a likable guy in the community, I don't have a stick up my ass, and I am very active. People should consider me over others also for being active very late at night for est people. I have the advantage with my timezone because most players are on est making me 3 hrs behind so I can be on when barely any staff are available for tickets. People always complain in ooc about how staff never takes any tickets or if any staff are on and I am here to save the "night". *
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I have not, but I am highly capable and interested in learning how to become a staff member for the sake of the community of Diverge.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: (I have been banned 3 times on the time being on this server (2 for rdm and 1 for Ltarp) ) My most recent ban was at the beginning of the month which was RDM x3 [b](NOT ON PURPOSE) for a week because I thought I got threatened by 3 guys. Playing on this server not once have I ever intended on breaking server rules, but as a human, I make mistakes like this one. In this situation I was under the impression that these guys came up to my business threatening to raid our property, thinking they were already told to leave by my employees, therefore I shot them. It turns out it was "miscommunicated" and that they meant that since I have a gun out on my property it would get raided by police. Over the week of being banned a scanned over the Diverge Rules on the website and tried to appeal my ban. I take full responsibility for my actions and the ones that took place.[/b]
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I am well known on my cop char as a chill cop that seems to be enjoyed by people of New York which is rare as a cop and on my Italian char as the Top G. Everyone definitely knows me when I got hacked and sent a porn discord server like to every diverge server known to man lol. Everyone messaged me saying "you got too horny didn't you?" lol. *

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I am the only staff on and there are no other available staff in the game I will take the ticket, other than that if active staff are currently on it's on them to solve the issue at hand.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I make sure I clip every interaction that I assume is an abuse of power situation and I report it to UA.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would treat them the same as any other person; my friendship would never be severed because of a server; after the punishment, I would explain that this is what happens when you break rules. Formerly, I would have issued a ban due to the continual rule violation as appropriate.

Please understand that once a staff application is posted you are open to receiving either negative or positive critique from the community as well as staff. Your consistent activity on the server will also be monitored and applications can remain open for weeks before any sort of decision is made on them.

+1 Great guy he was actually the one who hired me in pd and he is still active to this day. Not to mention he is incredibly nice and overall just a positive person to be around, I have never had one bad experience with Saul and I personally think he would fit in perfectly with the staff team good luck!
