Why should you be unbanned? I was banned on February 9th for an Unauthorized Raid on the PD for 1 hour when at the time before the ban I had no clue it was unauthorized as we were asked by some big names on the server so I figured it was approved so I went through with it and winded up killing 2 cops in the process where I was then told it was not approved by someone in the raid and proceeded to run out of the building where I was then lifted up into the air and banned. That situation there which was just a misunderstanding landed me my ban that I received today which I think is unfair.

You may say its speculation but in reality you know its metagame.

Hello there, I was the banning moderator. First thing: your unauthorized raid ban, whether or not you consider it valid, is an applicable PO. Even though you only had a short time to appeal it, you could've made one quickly, as you have here, and possibly had it reversed. But you did not choose that option. Secondly, I can not disregard someone's report or punish them because of suspected metagame. I agree the person in the clip was talking to someone on discord, but without evidence of who it was I cannot do much. I did give the user a verbal warning about his potential metagame though. Finally, the fact that you failed to appeal a ban or that you suspect someone had metagamed does not excuse your rule breaks.

1st I was not attempting to excuse my rule break because he was metagaming I was pointing out the fact he was. 2nd even if I was to appeal that ban it was late at night, it was a 1 hour ban and by the time I made the report and it was dealt with my 1 hour ban would been up.

Actually that ban tied into this its the only reason I was banned, yes I could've appealed that ban, but no one would, its a 1 hour ban that wouldn't have even got dealt with in time. This is why I feel I should be unbanned cause it was unfair.
