Chris Connolly PK Appeal - super_pini_bros - 03-02-2023

Name of Character: Chris Connolly
Steam ID: https://steamcommunity.com/id/super_pini_bros/
Your Discord ID#: Cooked Dracula#8773
Date of PK: 3/1/2023
Reason for PK: I stole a hotdog off a family member, after he stole my processed goods.
Why should you be unPK'd?: I was falsely accused of stealing shipments from my faction, then my stuff got stolen and I was fairly certain I caught the guy red handed in the act.  This man did not appear to be in our organization, so I questioned and searched him, took his hotdog and radio, then exited the building.
I then reported the incident to my superiors.
I got PK'd by my superiors for this action, but before this I was also under heat for other people's missing stuff
(Which was not me by any means, I even gave these dudes some money for their loss.  Which didn't I have to do at all).
My superiors questioned me about both incidents, in which I provided the truth.
The next day, 3/1/2023, they called me into the back and asked me to throw down my weapon.
I complied and they backed me in a corner, and told me I was gonna die.
They then shot and killed me.
If this dosen't get appealed, I'll move on elsewhere.
But I was nothing but truthful with my superiors, and thought I was making excellent strides within the faction.
They really got the wrong guy on this, but we'll have to wait and see if Chris Connelly returns to the city.

RE: Chris Connolly PK Appeal - Lemon - 03-02-2023

You were PKed primarily for tying up and stealing from another associate, after accusing him from stealing from you. By your own admission, you didn't find your stuff on him after you searched him (screenshots available upon request). The associate had product on him that you took, as well as the phone and radio issued to him when he started. He was left tied up in a room rented by the faction and had to be let out by another member of the faction. There were suspicions that you had stolen other members product as well, partially backed up by this clip (https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/Xnk0peW-FtY2m/d13370yBAVeM?invite=cr-MSxxUHIsMTM0NjkwODQyLA) which shows you going into the bathroom right before an associate's product disappeared from their processor. Regardless, tying up a fellow associate, taking their stuff, and leaving them is over the line on its own.

Correct. There is such a thing as chain of command, and in this instance, you sought to take action against a fellow member of the faction without valid evidence or proof of them having stolen anything off of you, but also had went about it unprofessionally. One of the number one rules we have is to not mug people, and after discussion with the others, they said there was no compensation handed back.

I guess this is a lesson for you to not jump the gun easily next time. Just a friendly advice to read up the inner faction rules whenever you join a faction. Some factions are relatively strict with their rules compared to others.
