Reason for ban: RDM/ RDM Bating POx10

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): The admin thought I kept running in and out of the building trying to bate the people into a Rdm but that wasn't true. I was camping the corner the whole time and I didn't shoot first, someone else did. The guy that shot first already got in trouble for RDM. The people that I killed in the clip even said I wasn't the one bating. Plus, the admin that banned me was not in the sit. The admin that took the sit was Eliza but the admin that banned me was libbeatmymeat which wasn't in the sit.
Why should you be unbanned? I am very active in the server. I always try my best to better the community and I overall try my hardest to help new players.

Alright so the situation was explained to me that someone lured three people into the church, for some reason no one would tell me who. I repeatedly kept asking. They did come in with guns, on safety, no initial threat. They walked in and instantly got killed. I don't care who shot first you and your friends all shot at them, its RDM. I believe all 3 of them were counted as your kills so its really RDMx3 plus your POs. You guys acted like it was a raid and none of you even own/work at the church. I believe this is a fair ban. Your PO's are very lengthy, that is why I chose 5 days. You literally have a note for RDM Baiting, which made a lot of sense to me after reading it. The whole time during that sit, I had multiple people cussing me out in OOC (that weren't in the sit) when no one, or myself, was saying anything. The story fits too well, you had a group of friends on and were fucking around.

Here is my perspective of the clip. I fired first when I saw them come in with their guns out. I am not sure how they stalked us for hours constantly getting their guns out on us and talking shit to be friendly. why would they keep following us around with guns out?!?! The person in the clip walking in and out of the church and warning that they were coming in to attack us was clearly someone else. My computer is slow and video processing takes some time. The person who got banned is an innocent victim of someone else following us around and another friend apparently "baiting" by warning us of the stalker's arrival.

Hello, I appreciate both of your responses. I have some clips and some things to mention so I'm adding a response. First things first my RDM warns are from more than two years ago. I since have not had RDM related offenses, nor did I plan to have any before this false ban. While I do understand that the church is a public building the church is not the problem here. We were followed for hours by these people, and I have clips to prove. I have a couple points in these clips that I'd like to reference.

Clip 1 happened before Clip 2. We had noticed in Clip 1 that they had started following us at 00:41. At 1:03 one of our guys asked what they were doing following us. He doesn't answer and we leave.
This is the fun part! at 1:34 in clip one you can see one of our stalkers saying, "Get the other two, Get the other two I'm following this one". He then pulled his gun out and I pulled mine out in an attempt to retreat. I go into the gun store and tell my friends that we were being followed continually. At 1:55 (Still on Clip 1) our friend from Clip 3 at 0:02 blocks the door. I'm sure this is coincidental being that the R in RDM means random.
Leading into Clip 2 we wonder off into town to try to lose these guys. Keep in mind that during this time we didn't kill them previously. Very surprising for a mass RDMer such as myself. At the beginning of Clip 2 their guys started harassing us telling us to "Shut our mouths" This is in reference to earlier when we were talking out of character earlier about pagers. Their friends arrive then pull their guns out and try to surround us as all innocent people do. while talking at 1:55 things start to heat up and the clip ends. They then follow us into the church. Keep in mind that during this we couldn't see their perspective.
Clip 3 is pretty self-explanatory.
After being stalked and harassed for hours we went into a building where people with guns that had threatened us previously (quite a bit) flooded into. If this is random, I need to go and get myself a lottery ticket. This is a false ban from a bunch of people who lost and wanted comped.

Them following you around for hours was never brought up until now. Which is very convenient. This sit took me at the very least 20 mins, and I heard nothing of this from you or your guys. These clips just pop up out of nowhere and you guys don't bring it up during the sit? All sits I take, I begin by being neutral to each side, if you have no evidence at the time besides what looks like literal RDM then what do you expect me to do? Regardless,
If incidences happen hours ago, you're supposed to forget about them. I think you just proved your case wrong by just showing you targeted people who have been fucking with you earlier in the night to just kill them all.

Hello, Thanks for the response! While I love differing opinions on a thread yours doesn't seem to make sense to me. It is my mistake that I didn't bring my clips with me to the sit. Hence I understand why I was falsely banned and why I'm writing to you here. What I can't quite seem to understand or what may be misunderstood here is that IT NEVER STOPPED. How should I forget that people are following me the ENTIRE TIME??? As well targeting? I'm being as respectful as I can be here but you act like we trapped them in the church blocked the doors and shot them. They followed US. THEY were targeting US.
