Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *I love playing on this server, infact its the ONLY server i play on Gmod. I was first introduced in the beginning of June 2022 and I have been round since. I genuinely care about this server and the people in it and so i have plenty of time to dedicate myself to it. I notice that at times when im around, theres 1 staff on at most and i feel like people avoid reporting someone when there is a lack of staff around so if i was there, i could change that instead. I have alot of time on my hands to put towards the game and make a difference. I have been around for so long that i know all the rules by heart now and i think it would be nice for a change of scenery by becoming staff. I want the people that want to roleplay to do it with no minges around that may effect their views on the game.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *I dont have much experience but i learn things quickly. I know all the rules off by heart and I havent been banned before, even with all the time I have spent on this server. I do have i think 2 warnings, 1 of which was from August 2022 for RDM after not knowing the rules about putting hits on people and another for misuse of the ticket system however that isnt a lot considering ive been on southside for almost 10 months now. I feel like I am quite calm with what I do and *might* be seen as a person someone can come up to and talk to. I put dedication into everything i do and dont stop something until its 100% finished with. I look after everyone I know, even if i dont like them.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): No.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *I'm decently known. My reputation is a bit of a hit n miss. I went through about a month where it was downhill however I believe that pretty much everyone has looked past that and is fine about it now. I do try and give everyone the equal chance to actually know who I am and that the past is in the past. Obviously, there are a few that won't like me so much but only a small majority of people. I am known from 7 factions, including being in PD with being 1st female cop, sanzen, cassano for a week, colombo, princepato, 14k triad, and Sun Yee for a week and have met alot of wonderful people along the way. I am definetly known for the grind, activity and effort i put into everything I am doing.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would clip it and make a ticket for another staff member to take.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would clip it and get as much proof on it as possible. I would have a higher rank know about the situation and what i am doing about it whilst im collecting anything that is needed. Afterwards, i would take it to UA and report it through the forums.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would treat them like anyone else in game and tell them that they should read over the rules a bit before continuing the game. I'd give them a warning and if they carry on, i would take further action. Banning a friend in a game shouldnt be a reason to get pissed irl.

HUGE +1. I’ve known lucy for some time and it’s always a fun time around her. She knows the server rules pretty well and is an enjoyable person to be around. She knows how to rp correctly and doesn’t break character. Would be a good addition to the staff team.
