Why should you be unPK'd?:
Hello, I have been playing on this server for just over a week now and I have really been enjoying it. I went to login today to go and do my job and talk to my friends I have made this week and it says my character is banned. I called an admin to ask what was going on and he said you were PK'd. I said if I am banned or PK'd I guess its not worth appealing I will just move onto another server but he urged me to file a case here.
I am not sure what has happened, one guy was trolling me (not for the first time), following me around the map and talking crap whilst threatening to shoot me in the street. He was picking on me a few days prior commenting about my sexuality and my voice. I don't know how he knew I was gay because I don't have it in my steam profile or Twitch so I am worried he has hacked me. When he walked away I fired a bullet past him and he turned around and killed me. Not sure how that is classed as a PK because I spawned straight away and went back to my job. The day I found I couldn't select Johnny Sacks anymore
I have lost all the money and items I have put effort into this week which isn't great, I have a feeling the guy is friends with the admins or something because I don't understand why my character is banned. Anyway, thanks for reading, hopefully, I can get my character back, if not its no big deal I can find somewhere else to play. Have a nice day

So basically, you've tried to assasinate a family member of a criminal faction. Unfortunatly you've failed to finish it and got killed while doing so. This, according to the PK guidelines, that you can find in the rules, gets your character PKed. It is probably your first time getting Pk but you can read the rules for a better understanding. I am sorry for your lost tho.
Part of the rule stated above:
"The person in question, must have repeatedly done something to directly harm you, your family, or another member of your family. Unwarranted Harm in a financial (+7,500$) or repeated physical way, there has to be tangible damages, disrespect is not a reason to kill someone. This also means you cannot PK someone JUST for being part of an enemy faction. Having continued gunfights, scams or warnings about territory, money or other continued violent disputes can cause escalation to a PK."
In this example I take for a fact you didn't try to RDM him but to kill him.

A friend of mine killed him before and he didn't get PK'd, why does it only apply to me I am kind of confused.
So to PK I have to record it and send it to an admin? If I knew this would get me PK'd do you really think I would have done it? What do I have to do to get my charecter back, this seems like one rule for one and one rule for the other...
edit: I also shot at the guy in the black who was shouting the abuse at me and killed by the guy in the blue. This makes literally no sense
