Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:Through game mastering, I hope to improve the roleplaying experience for gamers. Since there hasn't been much of it, I am more than capable of picking up the slack. I am also a good character judge. I have a great time running games, and I know how to make sure that those who attend these events also have fun. I used to think I'd never want to staff anything, but this server has made me want to try and help it rather than simply speak shit all the time.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Since early 2020, I have participated in Mafia Roleplay. I'm probably better at handling conflicts than you are. You're getting two things for the price of one because I'll be one of the top game masters and a capable member of staff. In a reasonable amount of time, I can be as active as required. And last, I work well with others.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Although I haven't, I want to start on this server since the community is very respectful and I would enjoy improving it.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have never been banned before.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I think I have a solid reputation overall IC. As well as you can as a police officer. I've become used to being called a piggy constantly, so I can accept whatever treatment I receive as a staff member. My coworkers in the PD are aware of my commitment to my profession and my ability to provide quality results when given the chance.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If no staff members are currently online, I will just log in to my staff char and take care of it. That easy.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I wouldn't fire him right away, but I would talk to him personally and escalate the situation to someone higher if he continues. I'm not a devotee to immediately going to a prevalent.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would simply urge him to calm down and point out his mistakes and rule-breaking. I would take the required action if he persisted.
