Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):
To preface this, I should say I was being annoying to one of the asian factions, but I am not sure which. I put on a fake accent, walked up to their store, and asked for some food. They asked for my ID, but I didn't want to give my ID, they told me to leave, and as I was going to the car and unlocking my door, as you can see in the first clip, I was shot by Lucy.

I reported this, not knowing it was Lucy (the only staff member on at the time), was the one who shot me. She answered the ticket but when I asked to get a sit with the guy who shot me she said no. At the time I thought it was the man with the revolver in his hand.
I also fucked up a little bit, so I am sure I deserve a warning for NLR but a 12 hour ban is a long ban for what came next. I got into a taxi, and wanted to get my car back, so I had him drive over so I could pickup my car. I saw it was gone, probably blown up, so I told the guy to drive away, which we tried doing, but he and I were both killed.

Upon speaking to Lucy in dms, she didn't know it was me, and reduced my ban to twelve hours. Frankly, I think this isn't a suitable compromise, and I do believe I was in the wrong, but she and her faction were also in the wrong for RDM.
Why should you be unbanned? When I reported the second event, I was subsequently banned by Lucy for 4 days for NITRP, NLR, and AVDM. As you can see in the clips, NITRP didn't take place, I was roleplaying, mind you I wasn't doing very serious roleplay, just trying to have a bit of banter. NLR did take place, but I don't believe someone without any prior warnings for NLR should be banned immediately for NLR. AVDM did not take place, I didn't instruct the taxi driver to try and hit the guy, all I wanted to do was get my car back, and as soon as I saw it wasn't there, I tried to get him to drive away, which was made impossible by the fact that the man in the black suit shot out all of our tires. The instance of NLR, although shouldn't be tolerated, should be understood as a simple mistake on my part that I tried to rectify at the scene. As you can see in the second clip, we are trying to drive away. I don't know the taxi driver guy very well, he just picked me up, and I said I wanted to get my car.

The NITRP came in when you was at the property fucking around, you were asked about 6-7 times to get of the property and you was asked for the ID because you said you was Chinese and we couldn’t understand you so we thought you wanted a job.
It wasn’t RDM on our side due to the fact we asked you to leave more than enough times, furthermore you said something that resulted in me pulling the trigger.
The NLR is clear as day and obvious that you broke it. When you made your first ticket about the ‘RDM’, I saw that you was right next to the bank which mean you could’ve EASILY got your car from the car dealership however you decided to go all the way to TH1 to see if your car was there.
It doesn’t help that none of your clips have any sound.
I did do a mistype when writing out your ban which is why it came up with 4days instead of 12hours (I was half asleep) which is why I reduced it to 12hours.
