Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was not supposed to be arrested anyway i have a bind for a weapon i had a bat i accidently clicked it and put it away assume as i quipped it and i get arrested for that it was a unlawful arrest I left because i had 2 Marjana plants that officers dropped in the front of pd i was going to give it to them but then when i realized i knew i was screwed so that's why i left
Why should you be unbanned? Because the arrest was unlawful all i did was brought out a bat did not even hit the cadet i just accidently brought it out

ALSO, I tried joining back to continue rp even thought it was an unlawful arrest but i got banned when i tried joining the admin got it quick lmao

So.. let me summarize and you let me know if I got this correctly..
You picked up two weed plants that "Officers dropped in front of PD", and your plan was to pick them up and deliver them to PD? But for some reason you didn't do that right after picking them up... you decided to travel across the map to the clothing store area.. then to the tire shop. No. You went along with your day, and then when you were cuffed for equipping a bat near an arrest on a lone officer you decided you didn't want to deal with the Role Play of an "Unlawful Arrest" so you decide to just leave? My friend, you have the rules messed up with the laws and a very vague understanding of the way RP works.
Because you didn't like the way the Role Play was going on your character you decided to turn it into an OOC situation and leave whilst in the middle of an RP scenario, I waited for you to come back and you didn't. Even if you believed "unlawful arrest" to be a server rule and not a law why, instead of breaking a rule yourself, did you not make a ticket with staff? You more than likely would not have even been arrested if you played your cards right, you're correct you didn't do anything illegal, you were only detained and had not been arrested / booked yet.
You shouldn't have left, you should have played the scenario out and, if the police actually broke any server rules, make a ticket afterwards. When you come back make sure you read the rules. I don't think this ban should be revoked and/or diminished. (Left to Avoid Role Play)

Hello, whether an arrest was lawful or unlawful, it does not grant a player the excuse to LTARP. Unlawful arrests, despite their unfair nature (depending on the circumstances), are still considered in-character actions and players are usually encouraged to pursue in-character legal action should they experience similar situations. If you believe that an officer is breaking character rules, please contact staff or make a player report in the forums. We highly discourage players to take matters into their own hands when it comes to suspected rule breaking.
Should you encounter similar situations in the future, please consider pursuing in-character action against the offending officers. Or contact staff for any suspected character rule breaking.
If you have an urgent matter to attend IRL while stuck in an RP situation, please inform all parties involved and call staff to request permission to end the roleplay early.
