Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.
What is your motivation/reason for applying?: My main reason is the lack of staff activity I see. There are times where the server is 100+ pop, 10+ staff are on, and yet it takes a long time to get a ticket taken by a member of staff. I also really like this server and wanna help people out, as there are some really cool people on here.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: My charisma, good looks quick wit, and strong interpersonal skills. I really just wanna help out this community full of funny, witty, quirky, sometimes down bad people.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Not on GMOD. I have been a mod on some roblox communities (it was a combine RP thing) and once on a Rust Server (a startup that crashed after 2 weeks).
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have, a few months ago, for RDM and 'LTAP.' I was apparently still combat logged when I left after dying in a situation I initiated that wasn't proper.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: Well, it depends on who you ask. A good portion of the server at least knows who I am. Whether they consider me a comedic genius or a narcissistic jackass depends on the person, but I personally think people who say the latter are projecting a bit. I do my best to be friendly to people unless they give me reason not to be, so I hope this has given me a relatively positive reputation.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: It would depend heavily on the situation. If there were an abundance of other staff, I would make a ticket to avoid having a potential conflict of interest. If there were no other staff on duty, I would make sure I am safely out of any RP situations, make an excuse, (oh I am doing paperwork), switch to my staff character, and pull the guy into a sit. I'd ask him if there was a reason for him killing me, and depending on the response and any relevant logs, I would either punish them or not.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would make sure my medal is running and observe them closely. If and when they do something that abuses their power, I would clip it and send it to a staff member higher rank than them (or if they are near the top, to the owner).
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would treat my friend just like any other guy accused of something like this. Bring them into a sit, talk to them, collect evidence, and make a decision. If they really go out of their way to take personal offense at a staff decision I made towards them, then I don't want them as my friend. Personal bias shouldnt play into any staff decision.
