OG's Appeal - Its OG - 01-22-2021

Reason for ban: RDM, Exploit
Length of ban: 5 Days
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was walking down the street when associates of mine were talking shit so I said do oyu know who I am one said I dont give a fuck and pulled a gun I killed him the other shot me in the leg and died I switched characters after and ran off, Rem banned me with no sit all of my bans are from Rem because he never gives me a fair chance in a sit to explain or anything, The Family I am with justified my actions and are okay with that I did.
Why should you be unbanned? I was not brought to the sit, No one called a sit, and the people I killed said it was okay and they understand why.

So I just had a sit with this player before this situation because he was accused of RDM, but nothing came out of it since contradicting points were made. No video, and logs weren't enough.
As he says in his appeal, he killed 2 players because they were disrespecting him, but in the rules it says killing for disrespect is not allowed.
Now this is where it gets juicy as this is full of lies.
I was DMed by OG asking for reasoning and started to give an explanation. At first he said it was for disrespect, which then I told him that is against the rules. Then his argument later was because they pulled out a gun. Which is a massive lie as I watched the whole siutation. He also mentioned that it was out of RP, and one of them were his friends. I told him in the DM that there is a rule stating you must stay in character at all times.

In my opinion, considering the lies that he made, this ban should be extended.

I know the associate that shot O.G and he later apologized to O.G for starting the argument. To my knowledge the associate's friend had just equipped a gun and O.G shot him with the presumption that he was going to be shot for arguing with the two people. The other associate then pulled a gun and fired at O.G however he was killed as well, O.G then switched characters to heal himself due to the fact that the entire gunfight was started over a bullshit argument over a "shoulder bumping".

Ok, so the reason for the kill is obviously disputed but from the evidence provided by Rem it seems pretty cut and dry. So let's go over a few things.
Firstly you may not kill someone for 'Disrespect' as you explain in the appeal in your own words.

Next you swapped characters then back to heal your injuries outside of Roleplay. This is evident in both the video and your appeal statement where you say you switch characters.
This falls under exploitation.

The order of the kills really doesn't matter here but the video does show it perfectly as Rem describes it so I don't think it poses an issue. Furthermore in circumstances where there are clear intentional rulebreaks or the offender has multiple past bans/warns a sit is not required. The Admin has full discretion to handle it how they see fit and someone in your positions with 5 previous bans you're expected to know the rules better since you've had adequate time to rehabilitate and have read our rules over.
Honestly you should consider yourself lucky that this ban was only 5 days seeing your attitude in this thread truly does show you're completely oblivious to anything you did wrong despite all your previous bans. The complete lack of awareness and quick excuse to blame Rem for your actions shows a level of immaturity that really doesn't help on an appeal.
Thank you for taking the time to make the appeal and thank you Rem for replying so quickly with the evidence prepared. I highly recommend you read our rules as your next violation can have more dire consequences.
