Reason for ban: RDM of AFK, Transferring items between characters, Robbing civilians as a cop.
Length of ban: 2 Weeks
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I sincerely apologise for my actions, I will not deny that I transferred a set of pistols to my main character from my cop character, However, The guy I shot that was "AFK" I did not know was AFK at the time, I shot him as he was tied into an RP that was happening where I took multiple firearms from a man, around 5 when he was arrested, I then paid for a further 5. The gentlemen seeked help with the gentlemen I shot and both were searching for me to my knowledge, either to PK me or whatever, they were following me on multiple occasions and if there was a sit I could have explained that. As for robbing civilians, the firearms I took were illegal and taken with reason. However I did transfer around 5-7 revolvers between characters, that I can pass back over and promise with me word that you can punish me extensilvely. That I will not do this again. It was down time, I was looking for something to do and the opportunity was there. I took advantage of the down time ours and I am sorry.
Why should you be unbanned? I am sorry for my actions and admit to transferring items, the other offences have RP reason, the firearms I took were either illegal and confiscated and the other ones were paid for in full price. The "AFK" guy that I shot was RP affiliated and was following me
Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I wasn't taken to a sit and therefor had no chance to take a video, however I do admit to transfering.

Hi, it's me.
Anyway your reason for the kill really doesn't make sense since you had no way to 100% confirm if they were trying to kill nor could you confirm who the person was (as he was in a vehicle.) Even if you did think these two were trying to kill you, you went out of your way to find him, and shoot him while he was AFK, putting yourself at risk for little to no reason.
You then proceeded to search the entire apartment building and took two drug processors from two rooms in the building. Later you went to an isolated location and transferred these items between characters.
Another Admin will handle this appeal.

In assumption you are running off the logs, I never stole drug processors, I was looking for that guy to tie up the loose ends and came across them, to annoy him I moved his to another floor. As I said before, I am very apologetic however, this is my favourite server and I dedicate a lot of time into it. I have slipped up previously and my cop character as deemed itself problematic, therefore I have studied the rules in depth and will continue to do so to ensure I do not make anymore mistakes, I am very sorry but I really do not want to wait 2 weeks to play the best server currently on my list again.

I am willing to reduce your ban in return for the removal of your police character. Clearly you haven't studied the rules properly enough to roleplay as a corrupt official and your use of the position to transfer items and abuse people is obscene. If you'd agree to a removal and blacklist from the NYPD we can reduce your ban.

I will personally delete my Police character as soon as I am on the server, or you may remove it. I will study the rules before remaking a government character in the future. Many apologies again and thank you for your time. Can I get a specific on the ban reduction so I know when I can play the server again, missing it already.
