Why should you be unPK'd?:
A non-RP action has led to me falling out of the tall building in the southside server.
I was standing on the window ledge while the glass was still broken, but shortly after a cop came inside the room (probably the one that reported me,[if you are reading this, why couldnt you just leave it be and save us all the trouble?]), the glass respawned and i was stuck inside it. I said many times to that cop, both before and after the arrest, that the "following action i am gonna do is non-RP, i am glitched in a glass and I have to break it, so I will shoot through it"(something like that). Now I probably didn't choose the right method to break the glass, but shooting it seemed like the easiest way, also considering that I have announced it to the cop not mind it. Shortly after another cop came in. Of course, I should have not underestimated their determination to RP. My announcement was completely ignored, i got surrounded and got hands tied up, they didn't listen to me at all. I attempted running away, because I didn't want to waste time dealing with this chain reaction in RP caused by a non-RP action (takes time before they get you to jail, then you gotta wait for a lawyer or just wait out jail time, all of that because of a misunderstanding, or perhaps ignorance. During that short runaway attempt I fell out of the window and died. Like 15 minutes later I was brought in by a staff member who explained the situation to my surprise, and followed to ban my character. Also, I have been on the server after a very long time of absence, and back then before the absence, I don't think there was a rule regarding a PK for a fall-to-death scenario, as it happened a few times because of similar accidents or other. So I didn't know about if it's a new rule now.
Honestly why does it always happen like that? This was not the first time I had to deal with such stuff because of a in-game chain reaction of events cause by a misunderstanding or a OOC action. And it was mostly with cops, as they sometimes take the game more seriously than other players, and get ignorant to anything else.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: no, but the cop who reported me, probably recorded me, unless the staff can check suicide player deaths by logs or something else (dunno), but if he did record me there must be atleast a part of the video showing what was happening before the incident

Hey there
I was the admin who processed the PK. In the clip, I agree that you did get stuck in the window, but the reason you were in the window was because you were doing something for the cops to investigate, and this is why they investigated your floor.
When the police came in you got stuck in the glass, and you go 'this is an OOC action' and shoot the glass out, problem is - from my perspective you do this while active roleplay is taking place, when you could've called a staff member or simply told the police that you're stuck and someone would've helped.
Following this, they begin to arrest you. Instead of following the RP, or calling a staff member, you choose to jump out of the window to avoid being arrested. Which is Pkable.

The reason why the cops came upstairs was because my companion (i didnt get his ic/ooc name, met him ingame ), was throwing watermelons onto the sidewalk, we were just having fun, so I didn't take the later situation seriously and I didn't take it as 'active roleplay', if I understand what it means. What I remember from my former days on the server, is that a lot of roleplay situations (especially like this one) I participated in were semi-serious, or just never escalated into nothing like this, I can recall many times that I shot into a glass to break it infront of the police before, for example at the car dealer but they never took it as RP as they knew I just wanted to get through a window. Anyways I did tell the police numerous times before I did it, so if he didn't ignore me, he would atleast stop me from doing it, but he clearly didn't listen, and as I said before I did not want to wait for a staff member, also I don't think it matters if I punched the glass or shot it, I guess that guy would react the same way. It is a paradox that I just wanted to prevent waiting for 1+ minutes, and later after the arrest to prevent being dragged into the jail which would add another cca 15 minutes, but in the end I turned it into whole days because I acted recklessly and little unaware, but truth is that we all make mistakes.
This character is my first and most used, other players that know/knew me ICly got their characters dead or stopped playing, so nowadays I use it to join every once in a long while to just hang around on the server and have fun. If this gets accepted, I will make sure to be more careful in these "hot" situations and around the people involved, who at the certain moment take RP more seriously, like in this window incident.
as it was a long time since I last played, nobody knows me from the current and frequent players, and that's why I highly doubt it would make any impact on the game/RP if my character was either kept alive or dead, but I fully acknowledge and understand that the last decision is on the UA member

Regardless of the watermelon throwing being messing around or not, IMO if it's enough for the police to investigate then it's RP.
I understand you meant for the action of shooting the windows out to be OOC which lead to you being arrested but evading the arrest in this way is pkable.
I think we've both put our information across and we will leave it ultimately for UA to decide on the outcome
