Why should you be unbanned?: There was no proof me metagaming, we were using Radios all time in game even when we were in the sit, Belle (the admin) says she can show a clip showing why it looks like metagaming and didn't show any just made us sit in the roof and banned me. We called the PD at floor 12 and I was holding in the electrical room moving away so I could whisper to them that there were cops and that Ryder had a gun, We were using Radios the whole time we were RPing and were talking IC only. Belle had no reason to ban me since she showed no proof of me metagaming (because I didn't.) And I was the only banned out of all of them and i'm the only who has to pay the consequences for something we didn't do. All she said was that "I moved weird" which isn't a good enough reason to ban for.

I saw the message about a hostage situation at World Corp and went to investigate to see if you all had actually had a hostage. Once I confirmed you didn't a stayed to monitor the situation. My observations showed that yes, you all had radios, and some of you were using them. However I did observe you off on your own, out of ear's reach from your guys, not saying anything. I then sent you a PM reminder that if you guys were going to do these type of RP scenarios, you needed to use in game communication, to which you shook your head no in game. I stayed and watched you that whole time, to monitor the situation as well as watch how you interacted with your comrades. Under that observation, I did not see you use your radio at all, nor did I ever hear you speak in game until after the cops died. There are logs also to prove you did not type any responses through radio either. After what I had seen I got into your elevator to remind you all of what I had told you all earlier about, and you all got extremely defensive and hostile before running away before I was finished talking with you all. This is when I pulled you all up onto the roof to talk to you. Once you all were on the roof you all were being extremely disrespectful towards me as I was attempting to talk to you about the situation. I knew that it wouldn't matter what I said at that point so I issued Metagaming warnings for everyone except you. I issued you a ban because of the interaction I explained above.
I believe a 12 hour ban for your metagaming is justifiable given the fact that I gave you two warnings earlier on in the day as well as past offenses that you were not issued warnings for, and that you had made a character today for the specific use of mass mugging.
