Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I want to apologize for this incident, I understand after reading the rules how this is considered against the rules. I was in a lengthy argument with two gentlemen when they followed us trying to show a bagel which In the moment I just considered it to be a half mingy member of the server and told him to "Get the fuck outta here." He wasn't having it and in the clips you will hear me laugh and also be a bit arrogant, it is half me rping my character and also half of me laughing because the shit he said was funny. At the end of the day I just wanna run my faction and advocate for RP and I understand what I did wasn't a proper way to roleplay.
Why should you be unbanned? I honestly thought the people involved were going to shoot us if we were to escalate this so it was to my thought that I should shoot them instead. It was an arrogant move and I will conduct myself much differently down the road with altercations, advocating for more fights with fists etc. and resorting to gun violence after others and try my best to encourage all the men under me in the Bonannos to do the exact same. In the future if I get shot because of a fist fight or me trying to roleplay the altercation I will goto staff instead of taking matters into my own hands.

You blatantly RDM'd over some shit talk that you really didn't have any say into from the clip that was provided, it mainly looked like you were just a bystander in the situation.

Yeah I get that based on the sit, In the moment I was under the impression I did nothing wrong and the other gentleman was yelling a lot and during his yelling you told me I was getting banned. I am just asking for a reduction so I can go back to running my faction and enjoying the server, this isn't me saying you did something wrong it's just me asking nicely for a reduction or unban. It can be denied but we wouldn't know unless I tried eh?
