Oh, how original, and unusual!
The backstory is mid, and has nothing outside the usual to make it more interesting than the mob of Italian factions.
We do not need any more Italian factions, this will provide nothing new than a different name to the server.

Jarbo is a great RPER, a great problem solver, and overall great guy.
And although the backstory and overall idea could use some work, ill give Jarbo the benefit of the doubt that his faction will be unique upon acceptance by staff.
