I actually enjoyed reading the story. It *was* a bit of a simple one, but it was well executed, in my opinion. I enjoyed the references to actual server crime families within the story.
I have run into this fellow both in character and on my staff character while observing, and he seems like a very chill and respectable fellow.
An Irish faction should be implemented sometime here, and I think this application could very well take the spot.
His playtime is also very high and likely shows his experience and knowledge of the server.
