Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I should be unpked due to the fact I was on loa that was approved by boom the consig of the family I haven't been on Vito for a week I paid kickups before I went on LOA I hopped on today because I had time to join the crew meeting and I was on for like maybe 10 minutes total and got pked in front of 2 npcs buying a HIFI because the don of the faction told me to I put in my LOA for 2-3 weeks and even explain I couldn't pay kickups this week due to me being on LOA I was only on a few times this week on my other char to finish up things that wouldn't take long to do however I kept crashing and was only on for like and hour or 2 I made a UA ticket about on Discord on 4/24/23 I didn't have the time to grind out bricks to pay kickups week by week during that times and even explain that to my faction yet they stilled pked me I didnt have the time to play that much for 2-3 weeks at most and got pked for not being able to get on due to IRL issues I was having. I legit did nothing IC to get pked and I tech only miss one kickup due to me being on LOA when the rules state I have to be doing it repeatedly a little side note my loa was going to end soon as the stuff irl that been making it hard to get on as much was about done

■ The person in question, must have repeatedly done something to directly harm you, your family, or another member of your family OR unwarranted harm in a financial (+7,500$) or SEVERE physical way, there has to be tangible damages, disrespect is not a reason to kill someone. This also means you cannot PK someone JUST for being part of an enemy faction. Having continued gunfights, scams or warnings about territory, money or other continued violent disputes can cause escalation to a PK. (Be sure to record all encounters/transgressions)

There was a miscommunication issue that was partly my fault. We fined you over bringing unnecessary attention to us by misusing radio and saying our rented properties location and that you were going to "Gun them all down" over public radio.
However you were a little late paying this fine- as well as kickups. Then posted an LOA and I believe this is where the miscommunication came from.
You should not have been PK'ed and I would like to formally apologize and request this appeal be accepted.
