What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * 'm applying to become a part of the Diverge staff team on Diverge Networks because I want to help build an engaging and positive online community. With my knowledge in staffing, I believe I can help create a enjoyable place for everyone. I am also passionate about helping others, and I believe I can use my skills to make Diverge Networks a better place for everyone. Additionally, I'm well-versed in community management, so I think I can provide a lot of value in helping to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. I'm also excited to learn more about the world of online communities and to grow my skills as I become a part of the Diverge staff team.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * [b] I should be considered over other candidates because of my strong communication and organizational skills, my ability to think critically, my knowledge of garrys mod and my commitment to the community. I am confident that I can effectively and efficiently manage the server and provide an enjoyable and safe environment for all players.[/b]
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I've only staffed on Garry's mod starwars roleplay but I have extensive expirence and think I can adapt to how the Mafia Roleplay is ran.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, I have 5-6 rdm bans and a failmug/lying to staff ban
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I think I'm somewhat well known in the community, I'm somewhat new in PD but my character Bjorn "The Ragnar" Grimsrud is a member of a trying to become new faction.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would video the situation and take the RDMer to a staff sit aswell the RDMed and here what happpend by both sides before I hand out any punishments.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would first inform them about the abuse as they might just be messing around, if they blow me off and seem to be doing it on purpose I would collect evidence and make a staff report.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would warn them and tell them to stop messing around, if they contuine I will hand out the correct punishments.
